Reservation Policy

Documents required during the time of Check-In:

Booking confirmation via E-mail / SMS (with Booking ID) and a valid Photo ID (with address) is required for all the guests. Photo ID proofs accepted are Driver's License, Voter’s Card, Passport and Ration Card.

Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as valid Photo ID Card.

Check-in and Check-out:

Check In - 14:00hrs: Check in time of the hotel is 14:00hrs. For Arrivals before 14:00hrs the rooms will be subject to availability. For guaranteed availability the room must be booked the night prior and will be charged as per contracted rate.

Late Check Out: Check out time is 11.00hrs. Check out between 11.00hrs and 18.00hrs will be charged at 50% of rate. After 18.00hrs, full charges will apply. The extension of departure is subject to availability.

Early Departure: In the event of early departure, the hotel would have the right to charge the whole stay to the Guest.

Booking Amount:

40% payment of the total amount of stay is to be made in advance in order to confirm the bookings.

Settlement of Bills:

  • The bills must be settled fully on presentation at the time of Check-Out.
  • Kindly note that, we do not accept Cheque payments.

Family Plan / Child Policy:

A) Meal Supplement:
Meal supplement charges are per person per meal. CHILD: Breakfast - 0-5years FREE, 6-11 years (@ Rs. 250.00/-) Set Menu Lunch (@ Rs450.00/-) / Dinner (@ Rs. 450.00/-) per child for Ages 6-11 years - 0-5 years FREE.
Adult: Breakfast -12 years and above @ Rs.350.00/- Set Menu Lunch (@ Rs.550.00/-) / Dinner (@ Rs.550.00/-) per person.
B) Extra Bed Charges:
Extra Bed charges are per person per night. Rs 1500.00/- (RO & BB) Children up to 11 years of age sharing on parent's bed — FREE, upon request of extra bed will be Rs. 800.00/- charged.

Occupancy Policy:

The maximum number of occupants in a room depends on the hotel and the room category. This can be found out during booking of the rooms.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Rooms cancelled before 30 days prior to the arrival will be subject to 10% cancellation charges.
  • Rooms cancelled before 25 days prior to the arrival will be subject to 30% cancellation charges.
  • If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges.
  • Rooms cancelled before 03 days prior to the arrival will be subject to 100% cancellation charges.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds shall be done through the same mode by which the booking amount is received by the hotel, i.e. either by Cash / NEFT / RTGS / Online Bank Transfer.
  • Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
  • Credit/Debit card online refunds will only be made against Credit/Debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  • The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
  • Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
  • If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 07 to 10 working days.

In case of any cancellation, the service tax of 9.00% on the advance amount received will have to be retained, as it is to be paid by the hotel to the concerned government authorities by the 5th day of the next month.
